Conation exports premium Arabica and Robusta specialty coffee beans from Indonesia's finest origins including Gayo (Aceh), Kintamani (Bali), Toraja (Sulawesi), Kerinci (Sumatra), Flores (NTT), and Mandailing. All beans are SCA-graded with scores of 85+ for specialty grade.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for export?

Accepted Answer

Our standard MOQ for green coffee bean export is 1 container (approximately 18-20 metric tons for FCL). For specialty micro-lots and sample orders, we offer flexible quantities starting from 60kg jute bags. Contact our sales team for custom arrangements.

What Incoterms does Conation offer for coffee export?

Accepted Answer

We offer FOB (Free On Board) from Indonesian ports including Belawan, Tanjung Priok, and Surabaya. CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) arrangements are available for select destinations. All shipments include full export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and Certificate of Origin.

Yes, we provide complimentary green bean samples (200g-500g per origin) for serious buyers and roasters. Sample evaluation includes cupping notes, moisture content analysis, and SCA grading reports. Request samples through our WhatsApp or email.
